Tofu scramble was the first ever tofu-based dish i had that made me realize tofu is actually delicious and not scary at all🥺 Also, it helps when your brother has spent months perfecting the most amazing recipe for it. Need to share it soon👀🌱
I added some roasted brussel sprouts, half an avocado and ezekiel bread to my plate to make it a bit more balanced. A perfect example of some protein, carbs, fibre and healthy fats! Loaded it with my favourite hot sauce, valentina’s and this was ✨chef’s kiss✨!
