Love me a yummy Friday recipe…CRANBERRY ORANGE VEGAN + GF MUFFINS🧡

Talk about a highly underrated combination 🥵 These cute lil muffins are super quick to make and such a yummy snack! They’re perfect for breakfast, dessert or even crumble them up + throw them on oatmeal! Best part is that they come together in just 1 bowl so there’s no need to dirty a bunch of dishes 🥳

INGREDIENTS (makes about 6-8 muffins)
– 2 cups oat flour
– 1 mashed banana
– 1/2 cup coconut sugar
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 tsp orange zest
– 2 tbsp plant milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it’s all incorporated! Lightly spray or line a muffin tray. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. YOU’RE DONE! 🌱🧡
