Sneaking beans into dessert 🤌💋 recipe inspo from healthyishmya!

STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE CHICKPEA BLONDIES! These are peerfectttt for the first day of spring tomorrow! 💕🍓🌸🌺 I love finding ways to incorporate more protein into desserts without relying on powders! Throwing a can of chickpeas into these is a great way to up your plant based protein intake + keep your desserts unprocessed + full of whole foods! These come together in just a blender and are verrrry easy to make and loaded with nutrients!🌱❤️

– 1 can of chickpeas
– 1 flax egg
– 1/4 cup oat flour
– 1 banana
– 1/2 tsp baking powder + soda
– splash of vanilla
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1/3 cup peanut butter
– chopped strawberries + dark chocolate

Prevent oven to 350! Blend everything except for the strawberries + chocolate. Fold in the strawberries, chocolate + any additional toppings! Transfer to a cast iron or pan and bake for 35 minutes! Let cool completely and then enjoy 🌱❤️
