Homemade mushroom risotto with garlic and herbs 🌿🍄 This was the creamiest and most delicious dinner ever, with no actual cream or dairy in it (duh). Serve it with some cracked black pepper and basil and you’re in for a treaaaat😍😌 We also added some fresh spinach while it was simmering to get in some extra nutrients! ✨Ingredients used:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Chopped Onion
5 cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Munced Garlic
2 cups Arborio Rice
6 cups Veggie Broth (added in sections)
2 Tbsp Vegan Butter
Sea Salt + Black Pepper to taste
