– handful of spinach
– 2 tsps spirulina powder
– handful of mangos
– handful of mixed berries
– scoop of vanilla protein powder
I promise you can’t even taste the spirulina when you combine it with the vanilla + fruit! It’s a massive anti-inflammatory, boosts your immune system and a great source of protein, iron and magnesium for all the vegheads like myself. It is literally a natural detoxifier and removes harmful toxins from your body. Toss it in to your smoothies when you’re feeling a little crazy!! 🌱🤪
