Using maison_riviera vanilla yogurt! I added a spoonful of protein powder from drinkorgain into mine and topped it with some fruit and cinnamon! For a little crunch, try throwing on some pumpkin seeds👏 They’re a great source of magnesium (keeps your bones healthy) and anti-inflammatory for your joints.
