PUMPKIN PIE SPICED GRANOLA 🎃🍁🍂

Okay i’m one day late but it’s officially September and I don’t know how else to celebrate other than making pumpkin flavoured recipes🤪 This had my house smelling sooooo good 😌

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups rolled oats
– 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1/3 cup crushed walnuts or pecans
– 1/4 cup pure pumpkin purée
– 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until they become moist and crumbly. On a baking tray, firmly press down the granola to be as flat as possible. The more firm you press, the more clusters you’ll get. Bake for around 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool and then break apart! Enjoy!
