A lil golden hour moment for these VEGAN WHITE CHOCOLATE MATCHA COOKIES✨🌱💚

Not going to lie, I kinda just threw some ingredients in to a bowl and hoped for the best with this one. I’m really happy with how they turned out though and just loooook at how pretty they are 😍. The ingredients are nutritious + delicious + matcha is looooaded with antioxidants, so highly recommend giving these a try🤝

DRY INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup almond flour
– 1 cup oat flour
– 1/2 tbsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 2 tsp matcha
– 1/4 cup coconut sugar

WET INGREDIENTS:
– 1 flax egg
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– white chocolate from ichoc_vegan_chocolate (we don’t measure chocolate here)

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together all dry ingredients. Add your wet ingredients to the same bowl now and mix to combine. Dough should be sticky and moist. Chop up some white chocolate and incorporate! Scoop into balls and flatten slightly on a pan with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are golden. Let cool and drizzle with more white chocolate! 🤍
