PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD šŸŽƒ

Two pumpkin recipes in a row, sorry not sorryšŸ‚ This banana pumpkin bread is soooo delicious and moist. One of my favourite treats in the fall and honestly so bomb for breakfast too. Made from whole ingredients and with lotssaaaa love!

WET INGREDIENTS:
– 1 can of pumpkin purĆ©e
– 2 mashed bananas
– 2 flax eggs
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

DRY INGREDIENTS:
– 2 and 1/4 cup oat flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp sea salt
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
– lotsa dark chocolate

Preheat oven to 350. Combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix to combine. Donā€™t overmix! Add chocolate chips and transfer to a lightly greased bundt cake pan or bread loaf. Bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
