ORANGE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE WITH AN OREO CRUST 🥺🤙🍊

If you liked those terry orange chocolates when you were a kid, you will LOVE this. And if you didn’t like them….how🥴? This pie is seriously delicious and the texture of it is soooooo creamy and perfect. The silken tofu is a secret powerhouse ingredient that adds a boost of protein, and I PROMISE you that you cannot taste it. Top it off with some chocolate ganache and sprinkle some zest on there🌱

OREO CRUST:
– 1 package of oreos
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 tsp orange zest
– pinch of sea salt

CHOCOLATE CREAM:
– 1 package of silken tofu
– 2 cups chocolate chips
– 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 tbsp orange zest

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
– 1/3 cup coconut cream
– 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Pulse oreos in a food processor until finely crushed. Melt butter and measure out 1/4 cup. Combine crust ingredients in a bowl and then firmly press down into a pie crust pan. Store in the fridge. In a food processor, blend together the tofu, orange juice and zest. Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips and add to the food processor. Blend until all combined. Evenly spread the chocolate cream on to the oreo crust. Set in the fridge for 2 hours. Make the ganache by heating up the coconut cream on a stovetop and then adding the chocolate chips. Keep whisking until melted and then pour on top of the pie once it’s set 😊 Store in the fridge!
