My midweek brekky has me feeling sum type of way😩 I honestly don’t think there’s one day that goes by where I don’t get my peanut butter fix. It literally sets the tone for the whole day. Today I was feeling something sweet so I used the cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread from foodforlifebaking, topped it with some PB, more cinnamon, fresh fruit, and pumpkin seeds! Ezekiel bread = sprouted grains = the BEST for healthy digestion and maximizing nutrients.
