TEMPEH BACON LUNCH WRAP🌯🌱

Tempeh is my favourite source of plant based protein at the moment! It’s one of the most nutrient dense proteins you can have, and is scientifically proven to lower cholesterol + keep your heart healthy❤️! Not too mention the benefits it has on your bones + gut health too…the list is endless. The flavour is neutral enough that marinating it in a mix of maple syrup, soy sauce, and some liquid smoke literally transforms it into the yummiest + most satisfying food😌 I like to air fry mine and season it with some black pepper + smoked garlic powder!
