Does anyone else get excited for the super bowl just for the food?? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ Although we won’t be getting together with friends like normally, eating yummy food during the game is definiteelllly still happening today, and I am PUMPED about this recipe! I made some delicious vegan spicy spinach artichoke dip and it did NOT disappoint. So creamy and satisfying, and secretly filled with healthy ingredients to leave you feeling full + your best! 🌱🤍

Ingredients:
– 1 and 1/4 cup soaked cashews
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 3 cloves of minced garlic
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 tsp of sea salt
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp of cayenne (if you like a kick🥵)
– 1 tbsp of lime juice
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 1 cup of chopped artichoke
– 1 cup chopped spinach

Sauté your garlic on a pan with olive oil for 2 minutes. Add your spinach until it wilts! Remove from heat. Blend the cashews, milk, salt, onion powder, cayenne, lime, + nooch in a blender until creamy! Mix the spinach, artichoke, and cream sauce together in an oven safe bowl and broil on high for 3-5 minutes until browned! Serve warm or cold with chips, veggies, or whatever else your heart desires!❤️❤️
