QUINOA PEAR ASIAN BOWL đ
Not sure what to make for lunch? Try this bowl and I promise you WONâT be disappointed. Putting some effort into your bowls/salads serrriously pays off. I cooked my quinoa, added edamame for some protein, red onions, chopped romaine, and avacado to a bowl. The game changer? CHOPPED PEAR đ. I topped it all with a homemade sweet asian dressing and some cashews with green onion! Mix it up and ENJOY!!! SO delicious.
SWEET ASIAN DRESSING: đąâď¸
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp minced garlic
dash of black pepper
