PROTEIN BERRY CHIA PUDDING🌱💐
I’ve never really been a huge fan of chia pudding, and i’ve come to the realization that it’s because I never knew how to properly prepare it. You HAVE to add yogurt and make it into a parfait. It is literally a game changer. Who doesn’t want to incorporate more chia seeds into their diet? They’re sooo beneficial to your overall health, are one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, loaded with antioxidants, and rich in omega 3s, fibre, protein and more🤤 You can make them a million different ways to suit your own taste buds too!
– 2 TBSP chia seeds
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i used drinkorgain )
– 1/2 TBSP maple syrup
– dash of vanilla extract
– strawberry coconut yogurt (i used chobani )
– topped mine with granola and fresh fruit!
Create your liquid by combining your protein powder and almond milk. Mix until incorporated. Add liquid mixture to a bowl with chia seeds. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Thoroughly mix to combine and break up any chunks. Cover and let sit for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. You can leave it for longer, totally up to you! Create your parfait by layering the pudding, yogurt, fruit and granola! ENJOY🌱
