PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD🌱🍌

Does anyone else still have cans of pumpkin lying around from the fall? Not complaining…😌 This was the gooiest + most moist(?) banana bread EVER. The pumpkin gives it an amazing added flavour that’s not too overpowering, and is a great way to get lotsa Vitamin A in! We stay making banana bread in 2021 quarantine…👀

Wet Ingredients:
– 1 can of pumpkin purée
– 2 mashed bananas
– 2 flax eggs
– 2 tbsp almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:
– 2 and 1/4 cup oat flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp sea salt
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
– lotsa dark chocolate

Mix wet ingredients and then dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine and don’t over mix! Bake for 60 minutes at 350! Enjoy 🌱🌱
