VEGAN BUTTERFINGERS 🥜🍫

This ones for all my PB chocolate lovers…if you’re anything like me, these are to dieee forrrr😩 Butterfingers were my favourite chocolate bar growing up and these are literally IDENTICAL in my opinion but vegan and with coconut sugar instead of granulated sugar. All you need is one stove top and you’re good to go! ✌️

INGREDIENTS:
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1 tbsp molasses
– 3 tbsp coconut sugar
– 1 cup peanut butter (i used half natural half regular)
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
– 2 cups of corn flakes (i used sprouted from onedegreeorganics )
– melted dark choc (as much as your heart desires)

Over medium high heat, add to a pan the maple syrup, molasses and coconut sugar. Continuously stir everything together and once it’s boiling, keep stirring for another 1 minute and then remove from the heat. It should thicken and be stickyyyyy! Add peanut butter and sea salt. Mix to combine and it’ll become paste-like. Add corn flakes and mix it all while crunching them up. Transfer to a lined dish and firmly press down. Melt chocolate and top! Freeze for a few hours and then cut ✌️
