Switching it up from oatmeal to a soy vanilla yogurt bowl…crazy🤪

I used enjoyyoso’s vanilla yogurt, and topped it with lots of fresh fruit, protein granola, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds! This yogurt was really good, it’s full of protein, AND from a local plant based business✌️🌱

Decided to throw on some pumpkin seeds because of the amaaaazing nutrients in them. They’re the ultimate heart-health hack and are proven to reduce high blood pressure and lower bad cholesterol, not to mention they’re full of antioxidants. So easy to sprinkle these on to meals! ✨
